Greetings! I am so glad that you have found your way to my page. Let give you a little background information... The day after Christmas 2006 I was injured at work. I had been a Teamster for 10+ years at that point but was told I would never walk without a cane or walker again. After reconstructive surgery on my right ankle and some intense physical theropy I was able to return to work after 11 months. Meanwhile, not knowing what the outcome would be, I came to a decision that Real Estate would be a good match for my personality and gifts.

So I began my Real Estate carreer in the Spring of 2007. Over the last 18 years I have honed my skills, built relationships with real estate related vendors and contractors as well as developing a nearly paperless process to conduct our real estate transaction. As my carreer as a broker accelerated and with the steady income of being a Teamster I found myself blessed. In my blessing I was able to show my appreciation to our local heroes. So I started offering Rebates for Heroes. It is a program where I give 25% of my payable commission back to the qualifying Hero in the form of a credit back at closing of the real estate transaction. The credit can be used for Closing Cost, PrePaids or as a donation to the 503C of the Heroes choice.
